GDARC Local Nets

HF net: 80m  3790 Khz * 

10:00 local every day except Sunday — * +/- a few Khz if the frequency is in use

Colloquially referred to as the ‘Fife Net’ but all are welcome to call into our informal and friendly net. We often have callers from all over the UK.

VHF: 145.425 Mhz V34 (old S17)

Tuesdays: 19:20 local: Speech ‘natter net’ with a MCW practice transmission from about 19.30 until 20:00. All levels of experience welcome! This net is very relaxed with an emphasis on having fun.

Thursdays: 19:20 local: As above but with more beginner training and manual keys used for some of the sending.

These nets are run by GDARC for our members and other radio amateurs. We are inclusive and friendly, so please don’t hesitate to call in. If you are interested in amateur radio please contact us.
